How to block or report a user?
You can block any user if they make you feel uncomfortable. If you block someone, you won’t see them in the Search or in the Encounters, and they won’t be able to send you messages.
How to block a user (mobile version, app):
1. Open the profile of the person you’d like to block;
2. Click the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen;
3. Select “Block”.
How to block a user (web version):
1. Open the profile of the person you’d like to block;
2. Click the three dots next to the star icon;
3. Select “Block”.
How to report a user
By reporting a user, you are helping us improve our service. Our support team carefully checks every report and takes the necessary measures to ensure that these users cannot harm you or others.
1. Open the profile of the person you’d like to report;
2. Click the three dots and select “Report”;
3. Select a reason. Please specify an exact reason, so we can review your report and the user more quickly;
4. Add a comment and tell us why you believe the user violates our Community Guidelines.
If you report a user, they will automatically be blocked by you and won’t be able to send you messages.
How long does it take to review a report?
All reports are reviewed quickly, processing takes no more than 24 hours.
Will the user know that I reported them?
No, all reports are anonymous, and the user won’t know it was you who reported them.
Should I do something after I’ve reported a user?
No, the service administration will take the necessary measures.
