How to unblock a user?
1. Open Messages
2. Click on "Inbox" and then select the "Blocked" folder
3. On your mobile version: Swipe the dialog to the left and click "Move" to the "Inbox" folder
On the website: Right-click on the dialog and then click "Move" to the "Inbox" folder
4. The user will be unblocked and will be able to write to you again.
