A premium subscription is optional and may greatly increase your chances for a date.
By purchasing Znakomstva.ru Premium you unlock the following features:
- Remove ads;
- Hide your online status;
- Hide your profile in the guest list;
- Hide your profile from unregistered users;
- Hide your zodiac sign;
- Hide your profile from users without photos;
- Advanced chat features;
- Advanced search settings;
- Add links to your social networks accounts;
- Unlimited photos;
- Unlimited likes and dislikes;
- Change your decision in encounters;
- Send photos and images in the chat;
- See all profile guests;
- See who likes you;
- See who added you to favorites.
To activate a Premium subscription, click on the Premium icon in your profile. Select the subscription period, the appropriate payment method, and complete the purchase. You can also purchase a Premium subscription in special windows when you reach the limit of the free use of the service.
By clicking “Continue”, your payment will be charged with the chosen payment method, and your subscription will automatically renew for the same package length at the same price until you cancel it in Profile, or Play Market and iTunes, settings at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Wallet and coins
You can purchase coins to use the following features:
- Get your photo featured at the top of the page;
- Send SuperLikes;
- Raise your profile to the top in the search results;
- Send gifts.
To purchase coins, click on the Wallet icon in your profile. Select the required number of coins and click Continue. Pay for the service with your chosen payment method. After successful payment, the coins will appear in your wallet and you can spend them on the above functionality.
Please note, the Premium subscription doesn’t allow you to use features for coins for free. These are different services and are sold separately.
You can also get coins for free, more information can be found in the wallet menu.
Canceling subscription and refunds
Please follow these instructions to cancel your subscription.
Znakomstva.ru iOS
To cancel your subscription open your iTunes account settings - Subscriptions. Please contact iTunes support to request a refund.
Znakomstva.ru Android
Open the Google Play Market app, check that you've logged in to the right account, and open Subscriptions. Follow the further instructions. Please contact Play Market support to request a refund.
Znakomstva.ru web-version
Open Settings - Subscription settings. If you have an active subscription click on the Cancel button. To request a refund please send a message to the Support Team in the Help section.
Refunds from the web version are made under the following conditions:
- No more than 24 hours have passed since the purchase and the service has not been used;
- The service was not provided due to a technical error.
After canceling your subscription it will be active until the end of the paid period. Refunds will automatically cancel the subscription on the day of the refund.
